This is the December 2014 30/31 Fitness Challenge on ChallengeLoop similar to the one I hosted earlier this year. It was a big hit and participants requested that we continue for another month! It is free to participate, and this isn’t a weight loss contest. This challenge focuses on creating and sustaining healthy habits by challenging participants to move for 30+ minutes daily for 31 days. We’re taking the 21-day habit protocol and adding 10 days to make it stick! And it’s not activity-specific so anyone can do this challenge whether you like to walk, run, Zumba, do yoga, lift weights, or ski. Anything is fine!
