Hello everyone, great news! About a month or so ago I announced my 30/31 (#30in31) fitness challenge for January: move at least 30 minutes daily for the entire month. The challenge was a hit! 30 minutes is an achievable goal for anyone at any fitness level, and people get to choose what activities they love instead of doing assigned workouts. By popular demand, we extended the challenge through February! You can join at any time and get moving 🙂
For me, the challenge has been great for re-establishing consistency as I move into training for a triathlon and a half marathon. In the entire month of January, I only missed 4 days, which for me is great (I usually skip weekend workouts)! Whether it’s walking, yoga, stretching, HIIT, or weights, moving daily in some way is good for your body and your mind.
