Are you a fitness app addict looking for your next techy “fix”? Okay, that might be a weird metaphor…unless you really do have 100’s of apps on your phone. Then we need to talk 😉 If you like trying out new fitness apps and want to get stuff for moving, then you should add EveryMove to your favorites.
EveryMove is a website and app system that rewards people for moving! Their goal is to see people reaping real-life benefits rewards for their healthy living efforts. EveryMove integrates with many different tracking devices and apps, like Jawbone UP, Map My Fitness, FourSquare, FitBit, and more (you can put in a request to include new devices).
The nice thing about EveryMove: it’s free! Yep, you don’t have to pay to download this app and start earning points and rewards. I don’t have an activity tracker, so I connected my Map My Fitness account to EveryMove so I get points for activities that I track on that app. And I can manually enter workouts directly into the app so I can keep track of everything.
EveryMove also has a large community where you can share active day bonuses with friends and you can motivate others. When you sweat and track with EveryMove, you get rewarded with badges, levels, active day bonuses (you can share points with friends), discounts from popular retailers, and donations for charities.
Another great feature of is connecting accounts with participating companies so you can get rewards from your health insurance provider, your gym, or your employer for staying active and healthy. How cool is that!
