Since February, I’ve been hard a work creating a fitness challenge to help bring simplicity and effectiveness to your fitness and nutrition! My Fearless Fitness Program is simple, fun, accessible, and doable for women of most fitness levels.
This program has if focused on higher-intensity, gym-based workouts (unless you have equipment at home), and is aimed toward women with a basic knowledge of weight lifting. If you haven’t done any weight lifting before, I highly recommend contacting me about one-on-one coaching sessions before you start this program!
Even if you are a beginner at weight lifting with some experience or injuries, there are plenty of modifications that you can do to make this program work for you. I filmed over 50 exercise demonstration videos specific to this program that have regression and progression options to suit many fitness levels.
