Interested in dialing in your fitness to get lean? Here’s my book review of “Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle” by Tom Venuto, a great book for guidance on how to build muscle, burn fat, and stay fit for life
Looking for a great book to add to your fitness library? Check out Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle by Tom Venuto, world class physique athlete and writer of the Burn the Fat Blog. Tom sent me a copy of his book to read and share with everyone!
Tom sent me the book several months ago, and I wanted to make sure that read through the book before I posted my review. I am a bit of a slow reader (especially when I’m busy blogging and training), so it took me a little bit to get my review up, but here it is!
Some of the books in my fitness library
Tom does a great job of dispelling myths and bodybuilding legends while providing great practical tips for people looking to lose body fat, not just weight.
Tom signed my book! Maybe I should re-think dog-earing and highlighting my book…
Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle by Tom Venuto is a fantastic book for anyone looking to transform their body! It took me a while to get my review posted (hence the Christmas tree) since I wanted to get most of the book read before posting anything, and…well…I’m a slow and distracted reader.
I have book ADHD – it takes me way too long to get through books. Tom’s book is great reading though, and it’s packed full of information that I have been using for myself and my training clients.
I marked up, highlighted, and dog-eared my book pretty good! Although in retrospect I probably shouldn’t have since it is a signed copy… But all that aside, check out my review of the book in my video below!
