This strawberry mousse is dairy free and also happens to be gluten free and vegan as well. This is beautiful enough to serve at parties, but it's so easy to make.
I played around with this mousse and used it to fill chocolate Easter eggs to make strawberry cream eggs!
I also popped some of these strawberry cream eggs in the freezer to make strawberry ice cream eggs, they are delicious and fun to make for Easter!
