I found that the shipping and packing from Thrive Market is great, except for some damage to a couple of my frozen items from too much dry ice.

The product selection is good, although they didn't have many of the products that I was really looking for and that I use very often in my kitchen.

Thrive Market does have a good selection of allergy friendly products, and they have allergy labels on the product pages to help you find foods that fit your special diet needs.
