  • In a mini blender or NutriBullet, blend blend together the berries until smooth.
  • Add the collagen powder and blend again until smooth. If using another kind of protein, adjust the consistency to your liking with a little bit of non-dairy milk.
  • Pour into a bowl and top with a drizzle of coconut cream and extra berries.
  • Enjoy!
