Ingredients

cup
frozen mixed berries*
1 ½
cup
unsweetened almond-coconut milk blend
or your favorite non-dairy milk

Tablespoons
dairy free protein powder

pieces
Manitoba Harvest Hemp Heart Bites, chopped
(2 Tablespoons hemp hearts)
Liquid vanilla Stevia drops
5 to 8 drops, to taste
Instructions
First, chop up the hemp heart bites and set aside a little bit for garnish
In a small blender or NutriBullet, blend together the frozen mixed berries, almond-coconut milk, protein powder, hemp hearts, and stevia
Blend until smooth
Pour into a glass and top with some chopped Hemp Heart Bites
Enjoy!
