Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond Breeze Almondmilk Coconutmilk or Almond Breeze Almondmilk Cashewmilk unsweetened
  • 5 small dates pitted
  • 3 Tablespoons vanilla plant-based protein powder pea, brown rice, hemp, or blend
  • 1 Tablespoon almond butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon imitation rum extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon imitation butter extract optional

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender or NutriBullet
  • Blend until the dates are chopped well and the shake is creamy
  • Serve immediately with a sprinkle of nutmeg on top
