Chill all your ingredients well before making your lemonade. Once it's made, add some ice, and serve immediately. You can chill this recipe, but the fizz will go flat a bit if it chills in the fridge for a few hours.
Place the chopped strawberries in a small blender or food processor and process until pureed. Set aside.
Wash and juice the lemons until you get 1 cup of lemon juice, straining if needed to remove seeds.
Pour the strawberry sparkling water into a glass pitcher first, then slowly pour in the strawberry puree, lemon juice, and Stevia drops.
Add ice and stir gently. Serve immediately if you want maximum fizz from your sparkling water. You can chill this for a few hours, but it may go a little flat.
When ready to serve, add ice and garnish with lemon slices and strawberries.
Enjoy within 2 days, store in the fridge.
