Instructions
Melt the dairy free chocolate chips in the microwave 30 seconds at a time, or in a double boiler (whichever method you prefer). Once melted, spread the chocolate out a bit onto a parchment paper lined pan (don't spread it too thick or too thin, about 1/8-1/4 inch works good). Set aside.
Melt your dairy free white chocolate in a double boiler. Once it's melted, add natural food color powders to make different colors (optional), and drizzle it over the regular chocolate. Use a toothpick to swirl the chocolate layers together. We made some of our white chocolate purple with pink and blue colors to match some of the monster sprinkles we got.
