Brew a strong cup of coffee (I used regular coffee but you can use a spiced coffee if you like).
Whisk in the dairy free milk and dairy free creamer (I used the Silk half and half for the creamer). You can warm up your dairy free milk and creamer first if you want to keep your latte hot.
Whisk in the molasses, ginger, and vanilla stevia drops, to taste.
Top with dairy free whipped cream and a drizzle of molasses on top.
