Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a large bowl, mix eggs and stevia. Add in the maple syrup, vanilla, and coconut oil.
Stir in the pecans
Pour into the pie crust and bake for 40-50 minutes or until pie is puffed and golden brown
Cool for about 2 hours before cutting and serving
