I call it our Salad Smoothie and I wanted to share this one with you. Keep in mind, I am not a recipe follower, I encourage you to put whatever you have on hand in your blender. Ingredients
1small tomato
¼cucumber
bell pepper
1jalapeno - optional
1-2clovesof raw garlic - optional
1-2stalks of celery
1-4cupsof greens of choice
1-2teaspoonspirulina
2cupswater
3-4ice cubes
⅛avocado
¼ - ½Meyer lemon
Instructions
