Peel and cut the mango and banana into cubes, place in a freezer bag or container and freeze until frozen through (about 2-4 hours).
It helps if the fruit chunks are arranged in a single layer to freeze in the container or bag.
Once frozen, place the banana, mango, dairy free yogurt, and coconut in a blender and blend until it is smooth. Add a splash of coconut milk if needed to aid in blending.
Taste test your mixture and add in a splash of lemon juice if you want more tartness, or a little bit of maple syrup (or stevia drops) if you want this a little sweeter. This will depend on your personal preference and the tartness or sweetness of your mangoes.
Pour into silicone mini loaf pans or into a popsicle mold.. Sprinkle with additional coconut flakes if desired and freeze until frozen.
