Open and seed pomegranates to collect 2 cups of arils. Alternatively, you can buy the fresh arils already packaged for this recipe.
Add pomegranate arils and water to a blender (just enough water to cover the arils and help them blend). The less water you can use, the better!
Pulse the blender for a few seconds at a time, and only until the arils are broken open. You don't want to blend too long or it will grind the seeds and make the juice bitter.
Pour your pomegranate mixture through a doubled or tripled cheesecloth, or a juice/nut milk bag.
Discard the solids and refrigerate the juice. Enjoy!
