1cupcoconut water(I used Nilo brand with coconut pieces)
⅓cupcanned coconut milk(this adds creaminess and can be skipped if you want)
1cupdiced fresh pineapple*
1cupdiced fresh mango
1mediumbanana, sliced
Instructions
Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
If you want a thick and spoonable smoothie, use frozen fruit for some or all of the fresh fruit in this smoothie.
Pour into 3 glasses and serve immediately.
Store any leftovers in the fridge in an airtight container for 1 day.
Notes
*If you have trouble with fresh pineapple causing tongue tingling or mouth sores, you can used canned pineapple that has been drained. Canned pineapple is cooked, so it deactivates the bromelain enzyme.
