Ingredients

½ cup dairy free and allergy friendly white chocolate chips (I used the Nestle brand)
⅓ cup freeze dried strawberries

Instructions

Put freeze dried strawberries in a food processor or blender and process until powdered. You won't use all the powder, just set aside 1 Tablespoon of powder.
Melt the white chocolate in the microwave in 40 second increments until melted, or melt using the double boiler method. I use a bowl inside a saucepan with a little water, this seems to work better than the microwave.
Once melted, remove the white chocolate from the heat and allow the white chocolate to cool for about 20 minutes. It should still be liquid but not hot.
Whisk 1 Tablespoon of strawberry powder into the white chocolate and pour into silicone heart molds.
Refrigerate until set, then store and serve at room temperature.
