Ingredients

½ cup vanilla dairy-free coconut creamer powder
2 Tablespoons instant coffee (regular or decaf) (I use Mount Hagen instant coffee)
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ cup unbleached cane sugar OR baking Stevia (palm sugar or date sugar would work as well, but may change the flavor)

Instructions

In a small jar or bowl, mix together all the ingredients.
1/2 cup vanilla dairy-free coconut creamer powder, 2 Tablespoons instant coffee (regular or decaf), 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/4 cup unbleached cane sugar OR baking Stevia
If your instant coffee is not a fine powder and has larger pieces, you can add this to a small food processor or blender to grind it up to make the cappuccino mix more uniform.
To use the mix, add 2 Tablespoons of mix to 8 ounces of hot dairy free milk (I love adding it to unsweetened almond coconut milk).
You can double or triple the recipe to make gifts, add this mix to decorative jars for friends!
