Ingredients

7 ounces dairy free cream cheese (we used Violife)
3 ½ ounces dairy free feta cheese, crumbled (we used Violife)
2 Tablespoons chopped chives
¼ teaspoon cajun spice (we use this on everything as an all purpose seasoning)
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
⅛ teaspoon black pepper
⅓ cup soy free and egg free mayo* (we used the Green Garden brand since we can't find Just Mayo locally)

Instructions

Add the dairy free cream cheese to a large bowl and using a hand mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Beat in the feta cheese crumbles, the chives, and the spices.
Add half the mayo and beat in, then beat in the other half of the mayo. The dip will be somewhat lumpy looking due to the feta cheese crumbles.
Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve (this will thicken up a bit as it chills).

Notes

*You can adjust the thickness of this dip by using more or less mayo. This dip will thicken if you let it chill for a few hours or overnight in the fridge.
