Yesterday and today have been a bit ho-hum – I haven’t been very motivated to workout. Despite knowing that exercise will make me feel better, I sometimes come up with excuses not to exercise: it’s too hot outside, my allergies are dragging me down, I’m too tired… blah , blah, the list could go on.
I need to kick myself in the pants sometimes and put the Nike adage to use. No excuses: Just Do It (and keep doing it)!
