Got a fitness band and 20 minutes? You can get a great workout! Watch this workout video for a follow-along total-body strength workout using only bands
Hey friends, I have another workout video for you! This one is a fun one: it’s a follow-along workout that is about 20 minutes long and features strength training with bands. You can do this workout just about anywhere, even traveling since bands are easy to pack and take with you.
You can do this workout on it’s own followed by my stretching video, or you can add it to 20 or 30 minutes of your favorite cardio to get a complete strength and cardio workout followed by stretching in under an hour!
After your band workout, add this 6-minute stretching routine:

Those fabric-covered bands are super nice! They’re more comfortable to use, although it’s hard to see if the band is damaged underneath if it needs replaced
