I have another workout for you! This one is a Total Body Strength and Resistance Workout that maximizes your time efficiency with supersets.
Perform each exercise superset with minimal rest between exercises until all sets are complete. When one superset is complete, move immediately to the next one. The key here is intensity, less rest, and using weight that is challenging (higher weight = fewer reps).
