Want to lose weight this Christmas instead of putting it on? Try this great body-weight only workout to help shed shed some fat and build some lean muscle this holiday season! And don’t worry, you won’t have to go outside for this workout unless you want to!
There is no equipment needed, so you can do this Winter Wonderland Workout anywhere you go: home, hotels, a friend’s house, or even outside if you like.
This Winter Wonder Body Workout was inspired by Obi Obadike’s bodyweight workout on BodyBuilding.com. If you want more challenge, try adding pull-ups, upping your plank time, or you trying Obi’s original workout in full for a killer routine. You will be sore!
Do this routine 3 days a week (on non-consecutive days), doing cardio and HIIT on days between and watch your body change this winter (and don’t forget to eat clean!)!
Winter Wonderland Workout:
- Pushups x 30
- Squats x 30
- Russian Twist x 30
- Bench Dips x 30
- Stationary lunges x 30/leg
- Mountain Climbers x 30
- Glute bridge x 30
- Plank x 30 seconds
- Rest 30 seconds
Repeat 1-2 times for beginners, 3-4 times for intermediate, and 5 times for advanced exercisers
