Can you believe that school is starting up again soon? I know, it feels like summer just started! Even though summer is still in full swing, back-to-school planning is well underway again.
If you’re looking for some great ideas for quick breakfasts for weekday mornings, then try this incredibly easy and allergy-friendly Strawberry Yogurt Parfait!
It only takes about 5 minutes to make up this fun and better-for-you breakfast with Crunchy Rollers™, available at Albertsons stores. Simply layer dairy-free yogurt, Crunchy Rollers, and fresh strawberries for a quick breakfast or after-school snack.
How to make a yogurt parfait
Yogurt parfaits are one of my favorite snacks since they are so easy to make, and they can easily be made allergy friendly. Plus, they are great for breakfast, snacks, or dessert!
My easy yogurt parfaits have just 3 ingredients: dairy-free yogurt, Crunchy Rollers in your favorite flavor (we used Salted Caramel), and fresh fruit (we chose strawberries).
If you’re watching your sugar intake, I’d recommend a lower sugar or sugar-free yogurt since the fruit adds enough sweetness to this recipe. If you use a plain dairy-free yogurt, you can easily stir in a couple drops of Stevia if you don’t like lower sugar yogurt—so you get the same sweetness without all the sugar often found in regular yogurts.
The Crunchy Rollers don’t have a lot of sugar in them (only 3 grams per roller!), so they are a great addition to this recipe! Plus, they are perfectly crisp to add a nice crunch to this parfait without being too hard. #snackfreely
We picked strawberries for this recipe, but you can use any fresh fruit that you like: blueberries, raspberries, chopped mango, kiwi, whatever you love best!
Allergy-friendly back-to-school options with Crunchy Rollers

What an easy idea for a healthy lunch. We don’t have Albertsons but I have picked up these Rollers at one of our local shops and they are really good. Caramel is my fav too.
Those rollers are so fun to eat! I love the strawberry ones and caramel, I love that they’re lower in sugar 🙂
Wow! This looks absolutely delightful and I’m very intrigued by the Crunchy Rollers! Great recipe!
Thank you Jules!
