We’re in the middle of January and depending on where you’re at, it can be so cold this month! Typically Wyoming is very cold this time of month (often in the negatives), but it varies from year to year. This year just happens to be a little warmer right now. Yay!
Even if it’s a little bit warmer where you are right now, hot drinks are always welcome in winter. We created a roundup of 40 healthy hot drink recipes that are all dairy free and gluten free!
Every recipe in this roundup is dairy free, gluten free, and free of refined sugars. So some of these recipes are sugar free and some of them have natural sweeteners like honey or maple syrup. But none of these hot drink recipes have added white sugar in them!
Not only are all of these recipes gluten free and dairy free, but there are also a lot of options for vegan, paleo, low carb, and sugar free hot drinks as well.
